Merry Christmas Eve!

Merry Christmas Eve! An early morning conversation between my boys. "Merry Chrimas Bwase!"
"Santa Claus is coming tonight Harrison! He's gonna bring you presents!"
"Bwase Papa Tractor is coming tonight and he's spending da night!"
Harrison is so excited that Grandpa is coming over here to have a sleep over and I think that to him is more exciting than Santa coming. We are staying home this year and it is so nice! Getting ready to make pumkin bread and suger cookies, this morning. Hopefully I can keep my boys away from the 4wheeler and snowmobile long enough to help decorate cookies.

Christmas at Granma's house

Christmas at Grandma Gapinski's house is a huge part of our holiday celebration! Going to Gaylord to spend Christmas Eve at the farm is so much fun. This year we changed the date from Christmas Eve to Dec 19Th. I think almost everybody was there. Santa made a stop there with gifts for all the great grandchildren, who were very excited! We had yummy food and treats and boys did not want to leave! Did I mention we had group time outs too? LOL! Colleen and her boys surprised us and came from Texas..it was great to see them. Thank you Grandma, and everyone who made this all possible! We love you very much and are grateful for you all! More photos to come.

Mt. Gapinski

This is what Doug has been doing for the last 3 nights! He has managed once again to snowblow our yard and make our boys a fabulous hill. It was getting too warm yesterday about 30 degres and he had to stop. Today he will finish it up. The kids are having a blast and it is hard to get them to come inside. Thank God for our trips to Gaylord when we can go to Normans and buy many sets of gloves and extra hats! More pics to come when hill is complete. Billa, I hear you miss the snow...well this is how much we got in 3 days time! Love to you all and Happy Holidays!

Ps You too can have this hill... if you have "The Beast!"

Fun at the farm with Grammy and Pa Pa Jon

We went to the farm and the weather was beautiful! I believe it was about 60 degrees and we all know that is warm for the begining of November. My boys love to play and explore here. They run all over and exhaust themselves and us. Jon and Mom were so sweet..they stayed outside all afternoon with us and them. They took the boys walking through the field, and I captured some of the fun! My boys adore you both and I love you so much! Thank you for being great!

Our Halloween

This year was so much fun having Lish and Zai here to carve pumpkins with us. Harrison did not like the gutting the pumpkin and Lish through some at him! We laughed so hard. He kept saying, "ewwwwww gross!" Our schools closed last Tuesday due to illness so we had a break. We went trick or treating at the mall and our neighborhood..it was fun.

Pumpkin guts flying through the air!

My Storm Trooper and My Indian!

Harrison and little brother. This doll was passed on from Blase.

Mom with dark hair, highlights were not in yet. I think she looks just like Aunt Jane. Love the dark, she looks so pretty. Her cut is adorable thanks to our dog groomer Lish! LOL!

First Day of School and A Big Mess

The first day of school was great! blase and Isaiah both loved it....although I truly believe Blase had no idea he was going to be there for about 9 hours! The school is fabulous and as the students were arriving music was playing, and the kids were so excited. The school has a student run cafe for parents and students. Both kids are excited to be able to have that as a special privilege. Lish and I are excited too! Nothing like a hot cup of Joe in the am or a flavored cup at 4:00! Isaiah is able to walk Blase to class each day and pick him up for car pool. I love seeing them walk into school together. Lish and I have shed some tears, but are adjusting. Funny to think of how much I miss them ,when they drove me bonkers all summer! I wondered for a minute of what Harrison and I would do with all this free time. As you can see from the pics below what I did today! A two second potty break and Harrison got in the fridge and literally shook half and half all over every square inch of our upstairs! So thankful for God's Grace though because as I came upon this mess I remembered what I read last night,"Whether then you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31. I kept repeating this to myself and I was able to tackle this with joy! Harrison had a discipline and we were able to move on. So now I am off to pick up the two older boys because Fridays they only go until 11:45! Things are going well and we love and miss you all!
