Snow Angels, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Tree.

Blase making snow angels. Can you believe how much snow we already have?

This was a surprise from Doug the other day. I love Willow Tree Nativity. I was so excited to get this. It is so precious!

For Thanksgiving we had ham and turkey. Doug does not like turkey. He gets grossed out eating meat from the whole carcass. He kept making jokes on his way to get rid of the bird.

Have you ever seen Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? Well, there is this character named Shredder and his helmet looks like this. He thought we should use this and make one for Blase. GROSS!

We were blessed to have Aunt Theresa, mom and pa Jon here.

Too much DIRTY BIRDIE for this champ!

My tree this year was so much fun to decorate. Harrison gets into everything, so I had an idea to make edible ornaments. I made heavy duty gingerbread dough, and then Blase rolled and rolled. He used the angel, Christmas tree, star, and gingerbread man cookie cutters. We baked them, and let them dry for two days. They smelled so good that we decided not to seal them, and just toss after Christmas. He had a ball. I also bought cinnamon sticks which mom wrapped in ribbon to hang on the tree. Aunt Theresa made all the bows. I think it looks so pretty. The extra cookies and cinnamon sticks we added to garland throughout the house. We were going to decorate the cookies with glitter, candy, and frosting, but thought simple is better. Let me know what you think.

Happy Holidays!

Just for Isaiah

Here are pictures of the boys thismorning at around 6:00 a.m. Blase wanted me to take a picture of him using his inhaler for Zai! He said,"Mom put my picture on the blog for Zai. " He loves you so much Isaiah. I wish we were closer! Can't wait for Christmas, and March when we will be together. Harrison wanted his picture too. He was eating an Organic blueberry poptart. Have a great day.

Happy Halloween!

This post has taken so long to do. Halloween was a great day. We celebrated at home because Blase had walking Pneumonia and Harrison had a ruptured ear drum. We did go tick or treating at the mall and the fire station, and that was fun. Blase and I bobbed for apples it was fun. Lish gave me the idea to decorate the house a little more special for Blase. The kids wore their costumes all day long. Blase had seen the movie Star Wars the week before Halloween, and when he saw the Darth Vader costume, he just had to be him. Harrison got his little frog costume from Cocoa. I always put way too many pictures on here, but I like too.
Today we had a chest x-ray for Blase and he has a virus attacking his lungs. He is coughing like crazy with no relief and wheezing. The doctor put him on a steroid, breathing treatments and cough syrup with codeine for sleep! Harrison's right ear is full of puss and fluid, so now he is taking Augmen in. Poor little guys! I hope they get better soon.
Here is one funny thing each has said today.
Harrison watching t.v. and eating a french fry, asks the cartoon character on the screen,"Wanna Bite?"
Blase today while sitting on the pot,"Mom, I have diarreah from all this rest time!"
Hope your week is great!
