Blase looses his first tooth....teeth!

My baby lost his first two teeth today! The two bottom ones that first shown on the day of his 3 month birthday! Last week, every time we would be driving he would tell me his teeth hurt. When I finally checked the tooth thinking it was a cavity, I realized not one tooth, but two teeth were loose. I figured they would eventually come out, so after a couple days of tugging on them...I gave up. I did make sure that during brush times I would be a little more rough on those. I am scared of blood, guts.....you name it, even my own shadow, but there is nothing sweeter than the sound of a good rocking' tooth and like that thread ripping sound! So this afternoon when I was in the bathroom, he came in with a big smile and one tooth in hand. He was so proud. I told him to let me check the other one...I pulled he moved and there it was, in my hand! Meme came over and he told her,"My friend Halle got a dollar for one tooth, and so now I am going to get two Monies!" The tooth fairy will be visiting us tonight. I am kind of hoping he takes us to dinner and to Moomers too.....to celebrate the occasion! I can't believe how fast time goes by, and I am so blessed to be here with my kids for every moment!

Happy 50th Aunt Jane!

Happy Birthday Aunt Jane! 5o years old, Holy Moly. I am just thankful 50, is the new 40.....just like purple is the new black! I am blessed to have you here on such a milestone and to be able to have such great memories with you. These pictures were taken at 6:00 am! We are getting ready to head to Macy's for a sale. Mason & Ashley's Big Day!

I had the opportunity to photograph a friends wedding on August 30Th. I made the invitations and the programs for the big day too....so I felt like I was a part of it all. Mason and Ashley, thank you for letting me be a part of your day, and for being such wonderful friends. These are just a few unedited pics, for everyone to see. For PaPa

This was on Friday morning after my run. Blase bikes with me and Harrison rides in the stroller. We did 3.3 miles and were enjoying the coolness of the sprinkler. Blase then got dressed and wanted pictures taken of him on his scooter doing tricks for Pa Pa. We miss you so much dad and think about you all the time. We miss everyone far away..... this summer has been quiet and enjoyable, we have not done any traveling. I am now busy with making wedding programs for the wedding I will be photographing next weekend. I am really excited. Blase is getting ready for school, and Harrison is just busy being Harrison. Eighteen years ago today.........

Eighteen years ago today, Doug and I started dating...... where does the time go? I can't believe I remembered this date! We are so old!!!! I love you so much and am so thankful for you. God has blessed me with you. It is so neat to see how far we have come. Our first date......18 years ago now married with two beautiful sons! I love you sweet husband, and best friend.
