Our summer fun with Isaiah
We have had the pleasure of spending the past month with my nephew Isaiah. We have had a blast! We spent one day last week with my friend Michelle at her parents pool. The kids had a riot. Alissa is Isaiah's age, and Blase and Aiden are the best of friends, Keagan is a year younger and he fits in perfectly. We love them and they are a blessing in our lives. We also got the boys Hermit crabs. Isaiah named his Zack and Cody they are HUGE and have plain shells. Blase named his Sponge Bob and Patrick and his shells are of course decorated like Superman and Spider man. Doug helped them get the cages ready, and it was so much fun. We put extra shells in the cages and one of Blase's actually changed shells. So far the are a cool $30.00 pet.....sorry Lil! Isaiah has made many friends in my neighborhood over the last 4 years and they play capture the flag and all sorts of fun games. It reminds me of my childhood and how all the kids would play at Billie and Sara's house. I love having him here and my boys adore him. Harrison screams plain as day..."ISAIAH!" Blase constantly asks, "Can Isaiah stay for 8 more nights?" So today has been somber and we are missing him terribly! I find it harder and harder to say goodbye to him. Each summer it is a reminder of how he is growing up and someday he won't want to come to Aunt Jessica's house. I love you Zay and appreciate how you have served Doug and I this summer. Thank you Alicia, my dear sister and friend for allowing him to stay with us. Blase and Harrison love you and can't wait until you can come back for 8 nights!

Jess,
Thanks so much for once again the great post!
It is sad to see how quick Isaiah is growing up, but the great thing is, His heart for God!
I'll write or call you, and we need to get over there soon.
Looks like a Blast Jess!!
Love and miss you,
Mag
